Events cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend an event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For practical and security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates. If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to info@europeanunialliance.org
Refunds will not be available for cancellations on or after the closing date for registrations, which is normally 7 days prior to the start of an event. A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations received before this date. If an event is cancelled, you may request to transfer to another event, a credit, or full refund. Please note EUA will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should an event be cancelled or rescheduled.
